Thank you for choosing a Love After Tone Phone for your special occasion! If any questions arise while processing your order, one of our representatives will be in touch to clarify the exact details of your order. In the meantime, we will be looking forward to capturing your special messages you will be able to keep and cherish forever!

Custom Options

If you have selected either the “Your Voice on Phone Greeting” or “Custom Signage Design” options: we will be in touch to discuss your design and collect any files needed to create the first draft of your design or the audio file to add your greeting to the phone respectivly.
Anyone who chooses to use our “Existing Signage Library Download” option, please be sure to download your sign for use at your event. There are no quantity limitations for printing, so please feel free to print as many copies as you wish.

Pickup

For clients wishing to pick up their Love After Tone phone at the Envision Entertainment Offices inside the Finger Lakes Mall in Auburn (suite D14), please make an appointment ahead of time as we are by appointment only and do not always have staff on-site who can assist you with a phone pickup.

Drop-off

Phone Drop-off returns can be quickly done outside the Envision Entertainment offices in the Love After Tone Dropbox. Access to drop-off at our offices coincides with the Finger Lakes Mall opening hours, so please check in advance that the mall will be open.

Rentals

For the four & seven-day phone rentals, your rental begins the day the phone is delivered, as indicated by the carrier service tracking/number. It is very important you return your phone at the agreed-upon rental/return date to avoid late fees each day the phone is late. The return courier will notify us of the phone’s return once you drop the phone back to the courier service.
